So I think i have the place in mind and the date also in mind. So i went to the bowling alley and met with the management. I have her word and in writting that FURSUITS ARE ACCEPTED. The only thing is that bowlers have to wear bowling shoes. bowling isnt just for fursuiters. The area will have 1 billards table and 6 bowling lanes. If we need more we can get more. There is a private bathroom(2 i believe) for our area( we can use one for suiters to change). We can close off the area(with curtains) to keep the public out if we wanted.

A few additional things
1)The event can be a glo-bowl(black lights and glowing pins) or just regular lighting.

2)If we wanted to do a laser tag/arcade/laser challenge(Think mission impossible, get to the red button without tripping a laser) I can set it up and we can get a discount from regular pricing. Laser tag area is one floor. I think if we get 10 people to do one of those then Ill arrange for it.

3)For the first one i will not get food but try to get unlimited sodas for the group(water is free). If we do a second one we can talk about setting up some thing for food.

4)There are 3 screen which we can control, I can set up college basketball for the fans, or connect a laptop for videos/music, or we can just use the music/music videos that the place has. Each screen can play something different.

Now the part some are wondering: cost. As of now with 36 bowlers the price will come up to about $14(30 bowlers=$17)(this includes shoe rental) This is for 2 hours of bowling. So the more people i get the better. Although i will cut off the lanes at 6 furs per lane. Its just so that people arent waiting a long time for their turn.

For the non-bowlers, I am still thinking of this. Honestly please help pitch in ill determine an amount within a few weeks. It wont be more than 5 dollars. Also if you want only the arcades let me know if i get 10 or more people i can ask to buy the cards they use for the arcades. They will match what we put(we but 10-$10 cards they will add an additional 10 for a total of $20 per card) If there is any extra money it will be used for the Next bowling meet if the houston furs want it.

Lastly HOUSTON FURS, lets get this going id like to have this bowling event regularly, The more successful we can make this the more I think i can talk into getting a few perks for us. Id like for us to have a regular bowling meet. I hope we can all make this happen for our group here in houston. I hope you all can make it. I will work out a solution for us about money before i place a deposit.
