If it's nice, maybe hit up the Metroparks Zoo, though it's a bit further south from downtown. The Asian district is pretty nice, if you know where to go - everything's kind of spread out and the area can be a little iffy in some places. Koko Bakery is AMAZING if you like Asian breads and buns and sweets and they also have bubbletea and stuff.

If you head further east, there's the Natural History Museum (which is like $15-$20 admission, i think??) and the art museum (which has free admission). They're both in a pretty nice area over near one of the universities.

If you're stuck downtown, then Tower City is okay, it just rally feels like the tourist trap of Cleveland. Same with the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame - I've heard nothing but unimpressed stories coming from folks who've gone there. The Great Lakes Science Center is also right downtown by the Hall of Fame.
