◈ Skill Learning
Intermediate Magic
- Expiration timer on Fireball pages are removed. (Does not apply to pages obtained before the patch.)
- Thunder and Ice Spear pages are now available from Strange Book.
- You can buy Exploration Journal pages from Adventurer Shop, using Adventurer Seals.
- You can start Fireball, Thunder and Ice Spear Skill Quests all at the same time.
Meditation
- Meditation Skill Books 'The First Steps of Meditation' and 'Effective Meditation' are now in normal NPC shops instead of Hidden Shops, sold by Stewart and Aeira.

Ice Bolt
Before: Ice Damage 70~80
After: Ice Damage 70~80, Mana Vamp upon successful hit, reduce opponent's Movement Speed by 40%
Lightning Bolt
Before: Lightning Damage 40~150
After: Lightning Damage 40~150, 30% extra damage when fully charged, removed expiration timer
Fusion Bolt
Before: +15% Damage
After: +30% Damage
Snap Cast
Before: Cooldown Time 3 minutes
After: Cooldown Time 1 minute
Magic Shield (Natural, Lightning, Ice, Fire)
After: Casting Time removed
Fireball
Before: Casting Time 5 seconds
After: Casting Time 2 seconds, Fireball falls faster
Ice Spear
After: You can attack frozen monsters, with reduced damage
Thunder
Before: Casting Time 3.5 seconds

Hail Storm
Before: Initial Casting Time 6.5 seconds
After: Initial Casting Time 3 seconds, skill duration timer is added under HP bar, number of skillshots charged are shown in skill

◈New Wand and Staves
Celtic Tribolt Wand
A wand that is known to hold Goddess' Knowledge. Three elements of Fire, Lightning and Ice are present. You cannot use some magic, but you can modify the wand to amplify all three elements to the max level. When holding on to the wand, the body and Mana unites as one, which allows one to perform Meditation while running.
Celtic Druid Staff
A wand that is known to hold Goddess' Knowledge. If you modify this staff and emphasis its originality, you can control mana very efficiently. You can use all magic from 3 elements and you do not need to charge elements in order to use Intermediate Magic. When holding on to the staff, the body and Mana unites as one, which allows one to perform Meditation while running.
Celtic Guardian Staff
A staff that is known to hold Goddess' Grace. You can not only you can attack enemies with powerful magic, but you can use Party Healing to protect your friends. You can use all magic from 3 elements and you do not need to charge elements in order to use Intermediate Magic. When holding on to the staff, the body and Mana unites as one, which allows one to perform Meditation while running.

Lightning Rod
While equipped with a staff, the skill uses mana to generate electricity to blow all enemies in front of you. You can use the skill immediately after it has finished charging, but you can charge more electricity by using mouse or hotkey to deal higher damage.

Huh. Not that I use magic that much, but it's nice to see some of those cooldowns drastically reduced and casting times lowered. That along with the MP pots available in shops for once. I might have to pick up advanced magic sometime.

I would recommend anyone ranking up their magic skills if not for the fact that it can be useful in combat but with more intelligence the better your magic defense will be and that is very helpful in the long run.
