As I work steadily through my list, I've decided to take a break from commissions for a while after my current queue is finished. I need to work on some things in my art, and I also have been fortunate enough to be hired for two projects as a creature designer. =) Its extremely exciting, and after my current commissions queue is finished I would like to settle into those projects and get a nice steady system for myself. Once I do that, if I have time and the need to I will open up for a few commission slots once in a while. I'm also taking the break as an opportunity to focus on my patreon and upload content there more regularly. I've got a time-lapse video of the "COURT JESTER" speedpaint I did that I need to upload at the end of this week. Video editing is something I need to get more familiar with haha.

There's a lot going on right now, but I feel like I'm heading in a good direction so far. Most of the things are good things! My other non-art job is still very taxing to my energy, and I find it harder and harder to enjoy it. I'm hanging in there for as long as I can, but ideally I'd like to quit before june if I can afford to and take the plunge into full-time freelance art. For that I need to work on my turnaround times, I really REALLY need to work on my turnaround times lol.

So there's a quick update for you guys. I'm going to be asking if I can share the work I'm doing for these projects on my patreon, even if its just snippets and WIPs here and there - I certainly don't want to spoil anything too early so I have to ask. ;w; Stay tuned!!
