Draw her sleeping of course. And make it so that we can see her diaper, and that it's getting wet. And she would probably look quite relaxed, and undisturbed by it.

The gown's optional if you want to draw her without it, her fur is the same color underneath, and she's flat with fur covering any possible breasts (so nothing to worry about there). x3

Not sure if you're character is potty training or not, but maybe do drawings him him really needing to pee.

Or perhaps a comic of such, and him heading to the potty, and having a little trouble heading there. Either him not making it or have him make it at least not completely dry~ :3
