An Unfortunate Passing

General
After a long struggle, my mother passed away last week. For the past while my mother has been in the hospital with various medical issues. We had hoped she would be well enough to be out in time for Christmas, but sadly we had to celebrate it at her bed side in the hospital.
My mother was a seamstress and sewing instructor. She is one of the reasons why I got into fursuit making in the first place. With her training I was able to become a tailor and she always enjoyed seeing the suits I make. Funny enough she always thought I was very brave to work with all that fur going everywhere; I stopped noticing it a few years back. I will always miss her, and I will keep her as inspiration to keep making the very best suits I possibly can. I'm grateful to her for encouraging me, and to my friends for helping me through this time.

My own heart goes out to you. Her greatness will live through you for years to come. But I hope you can find comfort in those around you through this tough time.
My own father is in the hospital at the moment with life threatening complications. All I can do is pray and try to keep positive thoughts.
im so sorry for your loss :(
I would own the world to the person I love so much too , and let alone an inspiration to a career that you have developed.

Be strong. *hugs*
I know your mother must be proud of you. You have surpassed the skill level of any basic career tailor. Your creations and your visions are truly one-of-a-kind works of art. I know this from seeing so many of your suits firsthand, including my own. Keep her always in your heart and know that through your work, she will live on forever. She has single-handedly trained one of the best fursuit artists that the fandom has to offer.
I know it can't be compared, but I also lost a bestfriend a few years ago. She was my everything at then, and it was hard to live on, it makes me sad think about those who's going through the same. I hope you'll be okay again! You have my condolences.
