In the wonderful world of US law, since you posted your idea publicly, and both contain a female fox character, in outfits that look to be from the same movie, making the exact word for word statement, that you have valid claim they have modified and taken your idea, or simply stumbled upon a similar idea without checking to see if someone had presented it as their own trademark work.
