Advices about choosing new computer
Hi guys! I need your help. It's getting to the time that I'm going to buy a new computer this spring, but I'm absolutely n00b in computers!
Can you help me? What computer do you use, for example?
Actually I need a computer that can:
- work with large images (more than 5000 px - 7000 px)
- work with open Photoshop & Internet browser (my present computer is nearly to be broken and he doesn't allow me to ope two programs at a time)
- work with 3d programs
- and as I'm a gamer, it will be nice if computer will be suitable for modern games.
And for sure, the main rule is that everything what is listed above should be done fast x_x I mean not to open PS using 10 minutes for it...You know..
So if you have any advices - it will help A LOT! Because I need to hear opinions from someone's who uses exact computer model or sort out in it!
Thank you for reading!

Now I have old macbook (white one, I do not remember the model), but he's working very slow and it's getting very hard to work on it... And moreover, it's battery can't work if computer is not plugged in.

FA+

This one looks good!
I love old HW, I used to own an old IBM THinkpad 700C which I used for writing before a friend got it :'D
For gaming you can spend what you want but something with at least a GTX 960 or R9 270 would be adequate for any of today's games.
Building it yourself gets you better value for money and more customization. Finding a friend to build it for you would be good if you want to save some money.
About the budget: price doesn't matter
As for parts -
CPU:
an i5 would be more than enough imo, or you could go for a Xeon (which is a server CPU and made for multithreading tasks - like rendering) which is both cheaper and more cut to your needs than an I7 I imagine.
GRAPHICS:
you could either go for the 980GTX or the Radeon 295x2. The 295 is significantly more expensive, has pretty much better everything but the 980 apparently scored better benchmarks because it's faster.
RAM/MOTHERBOARD:
16-32GB RAM, I can suggest the ASRock Extreme6 (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97%.....Specifications) to support that. I myself use the Extreme4 (Since that was what came out when I made my PC)
POWER:
800-1000W at least, I personally have a 800W PSU made by BeQuiet if I recall correctly, if I decide to upgrade in the future, even though my system only pulls about 500W max at the moment.
HDD/SSD, the differences:
A HDD is cheaper and generally has a lot more capacity. It is also slower. An SSD however, while it's faster and more expensive, breaks from use (you can only write/rewrite it so much before it's block go corrupt). It's speed is wonderful however if you want to have your PC Start within seconds and programs to load very quickly. If that's not an issue to you, you can skip the SSD and go for a big HDD. You can get 2-4TB no problem these days, 8TB once Seagate comes out to the general public with them too!
CASE:
As a Case, well look around for a MIDI tower with the measurements of the motherboard and graphics card, and pick one that you like optically :)
Stuff some fans in, connect all the wires and you're all set!
That, or let someone else do it if you don't want to, that is xD
The Graphics card would be about 800€ I think, same for the CPU, the RAM is like 100€ each so 400€, the motherboard is about 200€, fans like 15€ each (depends on how many fit in the tower) and the Case itself probably like 20-60€ so all in all you'd be looking at a 2500€ PC. If you want to push the price down you can get about adequate performance with less ridiculous high end parts though xD
