You heat up the milk as if it was water for your tea. And then you add honey until it's sweet enough for you, ^v^ It's super soothing and smells nice.

& if you have a washcloth or something available sometimes it helps if you soak it in warm or cool water (depending how you feel) and lay it on your forehead
when i'm throwing up sick i always just wanna put my face on something cold

I wish I could be in shock from that but it's honestly something my Nana would do as well. She made my mum list two entire boxes of book on ebay before realizing that she had already gotten rid of said boxes.
