Fact.

For a long time now, I've wanted to get art of X or Y, but fact is, I very rarely browse FA and thus watch very few artists. I'm never able to pounce when one of the few artists I know opens commission slots. For quite a while now, I've wanted more art of Orvayn, as his conception has changed a bit since I last got something with him, and I also desperately need an icon...

So--does anyone have any recommendations for me to watch or to look into commissioning?
