Time Warner tech came over. Replaced our digital modem. Our lines are fine. But one reason for the crappy service? Our cable modem is a much older version. They replaced it, and said we should be able to have fewer drops and fewer latency issues. And more then DOUBLE the speed. WHICH...the old router, if it hadn't died, wouldn't have been able to handle anyways...so....new router coming tomorrow, hopefully, and faster zoom zoom intrawebs! YAY!
