It's pretty good in explaining where to shade, and that she uses multiple layers of shading.

Whe you shade tho, use the opposite color to do the shading, for example if the light source is yellow ,use a purple to shade everyhing and put the canvas on MULTIPLY

If the light source is orange use blue to shade! And again use MULTIPLY setting on paint sai

Never use black to shade!
