HIM

"I want to be strong,

but I just feel so little.

I’m becoming empty inside,

while my desires become hard and brittle.

As I start to crack

and peel around the edges.

I hear the only voice

that can call me back from my souls evil trenches.

What he said?

It does not matter.

For from him, the slightest sound

would save me from disaster.

Even if his truth

walks me towards the cliff.

I consider every lesson

a very precious gift.

He is the one who has my heart.

I will never want it back.

Not even if he tried to beg

or simply, calmly asked.

The reason, I have told him.

It’s one I hope he understands,

that even in our darkest days…

I feel safest in his hands. “

I was hoping to get some feedback on this poem I wrote not to long ago?
I know it is a bit sappy *blush* but i couldnt help it.
Tell me what you think?

Also I am hoping to post a personal art piece up this week. Maybe two?
I will keep you all posted on that.
