Scott Cawthorn said that this is going to be the final of FNAF and this one will be 30yrs later but, Smike kinda corrected that if you watch/follow'Subscribe to Smike's Youtube channel cuz he has a good bit of videos all the way up to this past Tues Jan. 27th, 2015 on FNAF.
The synopsis of the game is already available. It is indeed 30 years later, and they've turned the old restaurant into a horror tourist attraction to relive the events that were rumored to take place.
where can I find the Synopsis of this? I think Scott Cawthorn is telling his life story about FNAF in reverse so FNAF 1 was the last time he was there, and 2 was prior to that and this FNAF 3 is what it was b4 they converted it into a family pizza diner with the toy animatronics cuz of how Smike is telling about it on Youtube.
On the youtube video, there is a link in the description to Steam Greenlight, where the synopsis is written. It pretty much says that it is thirty years after Freddy Fazbear's Pizza closed.
yeah I've seen it then when I saw the trailer and or some where on the ScottGames website. We don't know if it's after the diner or prior, the only thing that Scott says was 30yrs after it, so he might be confused.
It specifically states that it's 30 years after the children's murders, and after the pizzeria closed. I think Scott knows his own games better than we do.
Hmmm.... I know that but I just don't get it unless FNAF 2 the 1st time and this FNAF 3 is the last time he was there if that is the case then idk how he got his order mixed up. Cuz from the teaser trailer you see the original cast cuz in 2 you see the toy versions, while in 1 you see the original cast so I don't know what gives maybe I should contact him myself and find out about this cuz I'm trying to play detective on these games to find more in-depth about the killings, who is the murderer, etc, cuz if you think about it..... if you listen to what the phone guy is saying, what you need to do, how to go about it, etc then you need to puzzle it all together.
It's pretty much been proven that FNAF 2 is a prequel. You get a check dated 1987 (in FNAF 1 phone guy mentions the bite of '87 in passing, meaning it happened in the past), not to mention phone guy is still alive in FNAF 2, since he was killed in FNAF 1. This video of the game theorist explains: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1kw1RmzrPc
So if you're following, the timeline goes FNAF 2, then 1, then 3.
oh ok! I don't know why Scott would make these games out of order unless that's how he can remember them in his life cuz I'm assuming that he went there in real time and tried to tell his life story to us in game format in the order that he can remember them.
Life story? Real time? Now you've lost me. He isn't telling his life story. He's a storyTELLER, yes, but this is almost certainly not something that happened to him in real life (unless there's something I've missed in the news about killer haunted animatronics). -Inspired- by real life? Sure! Who hasn't seen an animatronic band, like Rock-A-Fire Explosion or Chuck E. Cheese? And sometimes a sequel is also a prequel (as the game theorist video showed several examples of. Star Wars, anyone?). I'm sure he can remember it plenty well without the games themselves being in the "correct" order.
Funny piece of trivia, but he made up this game because of a piece of criticism he got on one of his past games. The person said that the characters in his game "moved like animatronics." So he ran with it and made FNAF.
I'm pretty sure he was just completely blown away by the success of the first FNAF, so he decided to set the sequel in the past to reveal some more great backstory and lore (which delivered in spades).
Well as you may know the dead children's souls posses the animatroncs Golden Freddy, Freddy, Chicka, Foxy, Bonnie, The Marionette, and now the new one from the Teaser Trailer is the Purple man/Phone Guy, how the original animatronics Jump Scare you excluding Foxy well they were to haunt that place for all eternity. That's where the Bite 87 comes in and how this game will talk more about it and or reenact it including the original characters involved in this death of these little kids. How do you know that this didn't happen to him in his life? Well then again he might of went to one of those places that you mention or there was such a place called Phaz bear's Family Diner b4 they took it down. I know it's almost like the Chipmunk movies and any other sequel to the 1 movie was out.
I know that he also did some christian games as well, maybe he got some criticism from that, then again I think some of this he's trying to vent out some of his life into a game that we all like/adore. True but to get the ideas of how an animatronic moves he would of had to been at one to understand how they work and maybe something happened at the one he was at and how he wants to tell us what happened via a game based off what happened there.
Well did u find out how long it took him to make FNAF 1, 2, and now 3? Remember he's doing it all by himself w/o no background on voice acting, or anything. He's the ONLY ONE doing all of this. So think I do agree with how The Game Theorist explains bits of it, but also Camo (from FA), Smike, Pretty Grumpy Bear and a few others talk about FNAF and one of them talks about a timeline of which how these were set along with how the "Bite of '87" started, but ever wonder if that actually happened at restaurant with animatronics when you are a little kid/teenage kid and want to vent it out via a game so you can explain your dark past? Well I think Scott is doing just that.
