Haha, Hally's one of the weird ones, maybe! Don't know! But if you're afraid to comment (like Hally sometimes is on other people, hahaaaa no room to speak!) Don't be! Hally's super friendly, sure there's some rules for commenting but they're all basic common sense, for most places anyway.

Just don't go RP'ing in Hally's comments to like the fullest or anything like that, Hally loves to hear what you think, if you enjoyed the art! All that! So glad to hear about it, and do so love to converse! Just not one for notes, those bug Hally xD And usually tend to forget about notes, haha, WOOPSIES.
