Best thing to do is get some pj's on, wrap up in a blanket, get your beverage of choice, and some of your favorite movies. Take long breaks, good naps, and try to relax. Maybe draw some things for yourself. Do what makes you happy. Even if it's sitting in your room with your fursuit head on, whatever it may be. Take a break for yourself

Whoa, Hun! Holy Basil Tea! HOLY BASIL TEA! It'll help you relax, anti-stress you and anti-depress you... Organic section of your nearest grocery store. Buy some honey to stir into it. THEN, get into comfy pj's and watch your favorite movies, snuggled up in a blankie... Oh! And don't forget to breathe... breathing is important. You're too young to "fall apart." I read the title, and I thought, <omigosh, someone is coming apart, like my mom and me.> You're not falling apart, Sweetie. You're just experiencing the "back to school AAAAAAHH's"... a friend of mine is going through the same thing. But it could be a lot worse... you could have a dislocated hip, like me, or 3 compression fractured vertabrae, like my mom. You're not going to literally fall apart. You might cry, and that's ok. If you need to cry, then, by all means, cry. But your body parts will not fall off, if you cry. It's the weekend. Take part of the day, to do something fun or relaxing... or both. And then if there's homework, do that a little at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself. And make sure you get a good night's sleep. You'll be ok. Just keep reminding yourself to breathe.

Tea makes my nauseous but thank you for your suggestion.
