Something I found to help tremendously. If you have a Walgreen's. They sell zinc tablets. Those and lots of black tea with raw honey helped me so much. Best results with zinc tablets is when you feel those first signs of getting sick. Use them. Oh and if possible, fresh orange juice.

I can't afford to get sick due to my grandmother having a low immune symptom. Hopefully it can help.

I'll have to give those a try. I've been taking a lot of cold medicine for this, but I can only take so much at once. Looks like I'll be making another trip to the store tomorrow!
