It seems like I have some light ptsd from the crash *sigh*
It's a fight to get out of the house and get in that car every morning... and god I drive like an old granny.
But I get out there anyway and that's what important?
But getting inside the rental car is a struggle and feel like I can't breathe the whole drive to work...

Last night I had nightmares about the crash which sort of confirms that I have some level of PTSD...
I'm fighting it with everything that I have and it is important I do so... I need to be out on the road
and I need to be okay with it...

but fighting this thing is exhausting, I get back home completely drained from the driving stress...
and I end up being not functional at all during the evening... I'm passing out on the couch before 8PM
and I wake up in the middle of the night with my heart wanting to bounce out of my chest.

I'm gonna try to get back on track as fast as possible...
I didn't see this coming and I apologize for any delays...
