Update: Ricardo Medina Jr Was Released From Jail

Actor Ricardo Medina Jr., best known for his role as Cole Evans/Red Wild Force Ranger from Power Rangers Wild Force was released from jail after no charges were filed against him.
In addition, the Los Angeles district attorney requested further investigation of the case from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Medina was released from their custody at about 1pm (US Pacific Time).
For those who missed out: Ricardo Medina Jr. was taken into custody by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office after receiving a call made by Medina last Saturday about the stabbing of his roommate, Joshua Sutter, at their home in Palmdale, California.
According to law enforcement, Medina got into an argument with his roommate that resulted in a physical altercation.
Medina then returned to his room with his girlfriend but was followed by Sutter, who forced his way into the room.
Medina is said to have stabbed Sutter in the abdomen with a sword that he kept in his room. Sutter was taken to the hospital where he has passed away.
