I know how you feel a little too well. I've got Bipolar II Disorder, and I go thru this same thing many, many, many times a year. The most important thing to remember is that it WILL pass, and to remember that even though your brain is telling you that 'no one cares', you have to remember that your brain is a fucking liar, because there are so many people out there that care about you! Your friends and family love you, and you've got your friends here that care about you too. People have commented here before me showing they care, and now I'm saying something too. We care, your family and friends care, and you're never truly alone Remember that wherever you happen to be in the world, you're NEVER truly alone. *offers hugs*

Yeah I hate when I have manic episodes. I have borderline personality and depression so this tends to happen at least once a month for some reason. But like it makes me feel so crazy and unbearable augh.

Yeah... It's an awful feeling. I get dangerously suicidal during those times (it's relatively normal for me to feel suicidal every week and has been the norm for many years), so it's a hard fought battle to keep my head above water. You just gotta remember that it passes. You're so strong, so incredibly strong. You're here today with us all, in the thick of it, and you're winning the battle <3 You're doing great, so keep it up!

0.0 you know living with friends out helps this ALOT. read the secret, Bourne books on depression and anxiety. The workbooks are awesome. and watch lots of positive things and listen to positive music. It trains your brain
