disabled and enabled my 3G and my mobile IP changed and i was able to make a new dA account. i wont be able to use it from my laptop for awhile, though, anything ordered on there will be posted on FA since i cant post art from my phone. its steakuum on deviantART, keeping low, ill probably be back for good in june, maybe sooner! dA hasnt yet gotten back to me on my appeal, perhaps my ban will be lifed before then.
