TERMS OF SERVICE
Prices
Commissioning me, means you agree with the following terms and conditions:
Payment
◆ Payment is only accepted through paypal.
◆ Do NOT send as Gift.
◆ Please select that no address is needed.
◆ Do NOT include any extra information about the commission in the PayPal transaction. Only exception is your username.

Prices listed will always be in USD. All payments MUST be paid upfront, unless I say other wise. I will not start on commission until I've received payment.
Refunds
◆ I will give refunds in full if I haven't started the work.
◆ I will only give partial refunds depending on how far I am finished with the work

I usually will not give full refunds once the commission is completed. However if you are unhappy with the result I am more than happy to give you discounts on future purchases from me!
Format
From now on, commissions will be open through journals. There will be limited slot that can be claim by commenting in the journal. Once I have confirmed your slot note me the details! In return I will give you a Paypal link for you to send payment.
Subject Matter
I am opened to most themes, anthros, ferals etc. A list is available below. I am also open to NSFW commissions, however the cost will be an addition $10 or 25%(which ever is higher). I will not draw extreme fetishes such as guro, diapers-play, cub porn, hyper, inflation, vore, and other similar themes.

Edits
In most cases, I will accept to make small changes once given the final result, if I missed any crucial detail of what you've requested. This is the only opportunity you can ask for changes. Once you approve of the final results you no longer can ask for any changes.
Do not confused this opportunity to ask for additional accessories to the work, things of that nature should have been discussed previously.
Quick Commissions
Most of my commission are done at the latest 2 weeks, usually get them done sooner however the 2 weeks is there for me in case other problems intervene with my work. If for whatever reason you need the commission to be completed sooner than excepted, please mention it in the note. An additional 50% for rushes between 1-2 days. rushes between 3-7 days are an additional 20%.
These needs to be discussed through notes, and does not guarantee that I will accept these quick orders!
Permissions & Private
I retain the rights to my artwork, which means I can still post them where ever I so desire. This also includes using them as merchandise (prints, book covers, etc.) and portfolios.
All art/commissions bought by me are for personal use only. You may use it for role-play purposes and post them on Charahub, ToyHouse, and other characters storage sites, such as weebly. You may also post on Furaffinity. You may also crop or resize the images into avatars if you wish. You may not post my work through Deviantart submission, Tumblr posts or other sites through a submission process. You may also use them as Deviantart ID's, graphics for your personal websites and/or decorations on your blogs. Everything mentioned above requires proper credit to me.
If for whatever reason you wish for me to not post commissions you purchased, this will require additional payments. The payment will be double the final cost (100%). This still doesn't mean you own the right to the artwork, please keep that in mind.
None of my work is for commercial use at this time, thank you! You may NOT sell my work on any merchandise.
Re-posts
[Keep in mind that the re-post rule only applies to FurAffinity. Please do not re-post on Deviantart, Tumblr or other gallery sites. Only exception is Toyhou.se, Charahub, Weebly or other site makers that is solely made for character information/storage purposes, with proper credit. Thank you!]
