Fun question for everyone. ^^

Hello all. I'm stuck at home from work and sick with the flu. X(
I'm bored, so I thought I could ask a fun question to everyone. I've asked it to some people, so feel free to answer again.
If you could have one super power or ability:
1.) What would it be?
2.) Would you use it for good, or for personal gain?
3.) Why do you choose that power?

One time I got the flu 1st thing in the morning yuck
and for our world setting,(aka earth and all its non super heroe-y stuff)
I chose the following.
Item creation/ imagination becomes real.
I would use it for good, because we have enough bad stuff in this world already.
I choose this power for a few reasons, one, a lot of people today give up on/lose their dream goal the older they get, it becomes an "impossibility" to them. With this ability, I would hopefully be able to help them achieve their dreams. (unless of course your dreams are evil, cause then...weell your my arch nemesis DREAM KILLER!)
second, item creation. Lets say one day i get this snazzy idea to build something that's never been made before. like...a bullet proof hot dog.....okay that was lame.
a solar surfer, cause why not. I with my ability i would not only be able to create it, but the technology used would make sense to scientists and mechanics from our world. the thing might be a huge hulking massive pile of parts, but it would work. the point would not be to get it all shiny and small and refined, but to show others the possiblities ARE really endless if we put our minds to it....or just mine in this case X3
The third reason shows i'm human, because it sounds very selfish to me. I would use my item creation to make things that will make my life easier, more relaxing, and a lot safer. a liquid detergent thatmakes my clothing bullet proof after just one washing(and keep its soft relaxed texture), a scooter that runs off air, but has the compact capability to shoulder it and walk into a store, and a small little pendant, that when activated, can bring my imagination out in front of me like a hollowgram, but a more physical one...want to get a hug from my favorite disney character? no prob!
imagination is powerful, and that would be my power ^^
One nanotech "universal assembler" device, and good documentation.
I would use it to create more nanotech factories, and use those to build machines that can print solar panels of close to 100% efficiency that are cheaper and more durable than asphalt shingles, and then I would get rich while saving the planet from climate change. I would reinvest those riches in developing nanotech medicine.
Also, in developing human augmentation technology, and that's where the superpowers come in.
Such that I could strip it down if I wanted and form it into whatever I wanted.
2) A bit of Column A, a bit of Column B. It'd use it to help people that I could, and also to make myself a profit that I could live on. And destroy those who sought to use my power for their own personal gain or to harm others.
3) Flexibility. The power itself can adapt to near any situation and is near unstoppable. Come at me with metallic machines I would dismantle them. Come at me with Plastic and I would use my power to cut or crush it from you. Need speed? Simply step on the metal and let it fly you over the ground. Need parts for a computer? I'll shape that right up for you. Send a bomb my way? I'll bunker myself in Metal.
