BEGIN!
Project done. TCC Regulator valve was stuck and now I have that fixed. All that is required now is to fix the flow problem with the fuel tank and an oil change.

I googled TCC Regulator and saw a maze thing. What is that?

You'd be right. It's part of the automatic transmission assembly in which the valve is a little stick and spring that controls shifting. When it breaks, your vehicle doesn't shift properly. Mine just so happens was stuck frozen and I had to punch in and free it. Now that it's lubed up, the truck is shifting gears properly.
