Not a real big fan of the ol' V-day thing, even with a GF. Past V-day fiascoes included getting broken up with or doing something that caused a break-up. Even in a stable relationship I've been in for the last nine years, it's something that stresses me out....I gotta really come up with a card that tops previous years(I make her watercolor V-day cards)...I'm thinking cool DOD/V-day skull...or a fox painting.
On other fronts, I'm still trying to finish my commission for
lZarrockl !! please be patient! I'm almost done!! I'm sure when I get my new computer, commissions will go faster, as in, I won't have to wait for certain times to use the computer!

A new computer? Build yourself or bought?
My family and I have one simple rule for holidays: they are for relaxing with each other.
They are NOT for big announcements (Merry Christmas mom and dad, I'm gay!). Or for "unburdening yourself" (I hate Thanksgiving! You never loved me!). Or for causing scenes in general. We see each other enough that we don't need to taint a holiday. We just talk about things as they come up.
