Hugs are fine. Snuggles are only for people I'm very close with.

As in room parties? Probably not. I hate lots of people in small cramped spaces. Don't see how anyone think's that's fun.

As long as you don't creep and can take a hint and realize if I wish to be alone or with other people. It's nothing personal, I just can't go running off with EVERYONE who says hi.

Not sure why you would want a pic of my dumb face, but I could use the esteem boost, so sure. :P
