Current list of $5/1000 word stories. If bought now, will be done by end of April.
Here's the current list of stories I'll do for the minimum rate. The catch is two things. First, the customer gets almost no input (if any). You're buying a premade concept. Second, most of them will end up being over 10,000 words and some are 20,000+, so the price may end up being the same as a shorter piece at the usual rate. It's not so much a discount as extra length for the same cost. However, I will also make my quote at the start and if the story is less than 2000 words more than the quote, I won't charge for it.

Unicorn Power: The now well regarded princess Calastria's inner circle is sent into a frenzy by the arrival in court of the Valkyriorn Queen who they recognize immediately as Calastria herself in a magically secured black wig. The fake Calastria is very relieved when the queen tells her that the reason for her visit is to speak to her, but not to accuse her of impersonation. Instead, she is worried that her subjects may soon realize she isn't a true Valkyriorn and she is in desperate need of a Unicorn Blessing! SUPER ULTRA LONG Maybe 30,000 words
Catburglar: #27 below, but it's the Starling who is called in to assist the police in return for a full pardon. Spoiler: The villains will win if you buy the story without her!
Keeps (also very long): Our dashing hero/ine is back at Sir Jinns' castle, this time as a barely tolerated visitor on a state visit with his father. While the older knights discuss diplomacy (and keeping the hero from causing trouble in Jinns' lands), the hero/ine is busy getting into trouble.
Other possibility: Sir Jinns sends some of his girls to smooth over the troubles between the two lands with some intimate diplomacy, but our hero/ine is suspicious...
Variant: Ronal's father the king thinks he's so good at acting like a girl that he's been having Ronal stand in for his sister, since Ronal is better at getting information about the realms of potential suitors. Gets complicated when one of the suitors is Sir Jinns! (pretty much merging Keeps with idea #16 below)

Original stories
1. Vixen costume, different premise. Universe in which human augments are the upper class and usually are known because they look like anthro animals. Unmodified guy is looking around in old boxes when he finds pictures of his mother with the vixen. His mom has a collar and leash, but doesn't look like she minds. The pics start out friendly, then get more intimate with kissing and bedroom pics until the vixen pops out male parts and takes off the mask and face prosthetic to show it's his father. Then the pics switch to similar ones of his father with the vixen, first helping his mom into it. He finds the suit and slave gear. After some thinking, he calls up a friend to tell him he has a way for them to get into the night club for gene mods only. Of course, since it's his suit, he gets to be mistress first.
2. One of those cartoony situations where the antagonist suits to catch the main character but the main guy twigs and glues him into it. Possibly then rents him out as a call girl.
3. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10436163/ If the artist doesn't mind me taking the concept and going further. The dragon pulls the puppet away so fast that the knight doesn't see her go. When the knight strikes at the dragon, the puppet falls from his hand and on to the knight's squire, who almost immediately sees a chance to rise in station.
4. A wealthy overprotective father won’t let his daughter’s boyfriend see her. He tries to get in posing a large dog she’s supposed to watch but when the father insists she get rid of him, she sneaks him back in and then when her father barges into her room, she shoves the boyfriend into her bathroom with last year’s Halloween costume – a full bodysuit of Jean Grey. Her brother immediately falls in love with ‘Jean.’
5. Guy wants to go with girlfriend to party but doesn’t have an invitation. Girl wears full body dragon suit with a very large and surprisingly animated tail to the party. Guess where her boyfriend is.
6. All the prettiest and most popular girls at school are having a slumber party. A group guys who run a popular web show dress one of their number as an attractive newcomer who they wrangle into getting an invitation. Disguised member of the podcasting group arrives at party with a variety of interesting toys for their game of truth or dare. All the toys have hidden cameras in them.
WARNING: I plotted this out and it's long. Possibly over 20,000 words.
7. A bloke who dresses as a pretty girl to get free drinks at a local night club sees that his friend and roommate has decided to go to the club he frequents as a girl rather than the one they usually go to together. Feeling naughty, the disguised bloke seduces the roommate and when they wake up in bed the next day… Could be a shorter one if I stop it shortly after the discovery and separate the aftermath to a second part.
8. A mangy rat bank robber combines disguise with hiding place by ducking into a nearby ladies room and stuffing the curves of his vixen suit with the money. Things get complicated when a fox detective spots the vixen and chats her up under the pretense of seeing if she’s a witness. The rat doesn’t want to make the fox suspicious, but he sure as hell doesn’t want to go on a date with him!
9. The brotherhood of the traveling bodysuit - a female suit keeps getting worn, discarded and picked up by people who saw it being taken off.
This one can pretty much be extended indefinitely, so feel free to pay a few bucks every so often for the next person in line to get the suit.
11. A man has had a crush on his best friend’s sister for awhile. The friend lets slip that his sister’s so vain that she spent a month’s salary on a full body costume of herself so that if she develops even the tiniest zit she can put it on and be perfect. Now the man has a hard decision. Should he steal the costume and wear it himself so he has complete control over his crush or try to get his friend to wear it since he’d know his sister best?
Possible variant: Kid brother goes into his sister's room to steal some of her clothes because he's getting interested in crossdressing, finds her 'vanity suit' and puts it on. The sister's boyfriend arrives just as he's put the finishing touches on a lolita gothic ensemble, praises her for not being late for once and takes the kid brother on the date they'd been planning.
12. Animal rights group intercepts and steals an invitation by a wealthy and influential hunting enthusiast to his annual Halloween Ball. Since they don’t want to be recognized later and refuse to exploit their female membership, they put one of their male members in a girl suit and a sexy animal costume. At first the idea is to just ruin the party, but when the host takes a fancy to the sexy young predator girl, an opportunity comes up that can’t be ignored. A doe costume, some glue and a gag which makes the deer mating call later… LENGTH WARNING: 15,000 words minimum
13. I don’t usually do Looney Tunes but: Elmer and the hunting dog know Bugs and Daffy are near. Elmer puts on a Lola Bunny (or something similar) suit and sticks the dog in Minerva Mink. Meanwhile in the forest next to the lake, Bugs and Daffy know Elmer’s on the way, so Bugs puts on a girl suit and bikini while Daffy’s in a female dog suit. They pretend to be a sunbather and her pooch while the hunter and dog find them while in their Lola and Minerva disguises. Neither side is entirely sure the other is what they look like while they have to pretend to be exactly what they appear to be and so can’t make any overt move. The voice box can’t totally hide Elmer’s speech impediment, the dog may look like Minerva but has to stay silent or bark, Daffy occasionally sheds feathers which escape from the dog suit’s mouth and Bugs’ ears have a tendency to spring back up and out of the girl’s head, along with her butt occasionally sprouting a cotton tail.
14. A man buys a cute female cat costume and bribes his friend to wear it to a party. The friend takes the money but uses it to give the briber a surprise.
15. A pool party involving a sexy sea monster costume.
16. A princess hates meeting the now tens of suitors trying for her hand and her brother has the idea of disguising himself as her and using the many 'private walks' her suitors like to go on to get military secrets and tactical capabilities out of them in the guise of asking about their 'daring exploits' and 'strong kingdoms.' His best friend has a secret crush on his sister and he's got a crush on his best friend, adding to the difficulties of being a stand-in noblewoman.
WARNING: This one is in the same vein as Unicorn Power, so it could stretch past 20,000 words
17. I've seen a lot of manga and anime where people (especially females) occasionally shed their skin.
A. Guy whose girlfriend is out of town so he puts it on to feel closer to her and ends up having to stand in for her when someone barges in.
B. Someone puts it on to embarrass another / Guy puts on skin of girl he can't have and ends up going out in it, causing huge damage to her reputation as he does all the things he always wanted her to do
C. Guy's friend owes him a favor so he puts on a shed skin of a girl the guy wants to ask out.
D. Uses it to go somewhere they normally couldn't.
E. Girl asks guy friend to put on her shed skin so she can see how some of her outfits look from the outside. Knock at door and she asks friend to get it since she isn't dressed. It's her boyfriend, who whisks the guy friend off before he can say anything. Girl yawns and goes to bed. She was tired and wanted an early night. Further shenanigans can ensue during and after the date.
F: SPECIAL SPECIAL SPECIAL - I want to do this one soon anyway so I'll do the first 10K words free. A politician's assistant puts her boyfriend in the shed skin of the politician and then herself as the politician's chief aide. They go to a bar to 'mingle with voters' and get into a game of strip pool amongst other mischief.
19. I've never even watched MLP, but: Two very young dragons want to impress their elders by getting some rare jewelry, so they make a pony suit and infiltrate, stealing shinies whenever they're alone.
20. Two guys are asked by their girlfriends (who are best friends) to house sit. The first is a casual crossdresser and after trying on a couple of outfits he finds a box containing a skinsuit of the other girl, remembering then the time they'd gone as each other for Halloween and teased their boyfriends the whole time. He puts it on to try it out and then the very revealing outfit that his girlfriend had used to show off her BFF'd body. Just then the doorbell rings and he looks out the window to see his friend, whose girlfriend he now looks like. Could possibly slot into the shed skin idea up in 17 with the two female friends keeping each others' shed skins as friendship items.
22. A studio wants to make sure that their newest sensation is never seen outside of venues, so they record a real singer and have a man in a skinsuit go out and lip sync hoping that no one would ever suspect that the blue haired rocker chick is a man and if it were to come out they'd first have deniability and second be able to spin it into lots of press.
23. Two friends who know their third friend likes crossdressing buys him a skinsuit. At first he isn't really interested, but after trying it, he decides to thank his friends in a very personal way.
25. A girlfriend of a pokemon trainer wants to propose to him in a super special way and with the help of a sexy costume and one of his pokemon, she gets herself into a lot of trouble in the process.
26. A footsoldier sees the general of the armies die nearby and goes to bring her body back to HQ. As he gets progressively more tired, more of her armor replaces his as he decides that he needs to get rid of as much extra weight as possible and distribute what's left more evenly.
27. The police are at a loss as to the identity of two waifish criminals seen at several large thefts. Meanwhile a socialite and her two voluptuous daughters have recently built a mansion just outside of town.
29. A young man is told by his friend to go down to the beach to see something fantastic. He arrives and there's a mermaid sitting on a rock out in the bay singing. SPECIAL: After the suits get distributed, I have no idea what to do with this so you can actually get an exception to the 'minimal input' rule on this one.
30. A couple want to win the costume contest at that year's Halloween party so they go as twins with the boyfriend in a bodysuit.
31. Bowser's daughter, Princess Koopa, has a crush on Mario. She comes up with a plan that not only nets her Mario but keeps Peach from being rescued when Bowser kidnaps her. SPECIAL: After a certain point, I'm clueless as to where to go with it, so same exception as 29.
32. A pair are tired of their female boss being so nasty and ... bossy. One dresses up as her and goes out to discredit her by making huge orders at their suppliers in person which she'll have to cancel and explain away the next day. The opportunities grow as the disguised employee meets other people his/her boss knows. F2F or M2F by choice of commissioner and could be a 'shed skin' type. SPECIAL: After around word 20,000, I'm open for suggestions for an ending.
33. A wife who is away on business a lot knows her husband has a very realistic sex doll and doesn't mind until she starts to wonder if he's doing the doll better than her. She dresses up as the doll to find out.
34. Two cats spend a typical Looney Tunes episode trying to get a dog's steak away from him. Eventually they agree to work together and put on a collie suit with one in front and the other in back. They flirt and then the front cat quickly falls down, making it look like the collie is in heat and wants servicing. As the rear cat is being taken advantage of, the front cat tries to eat the steak at which point the rear cat opens the flap partly to fight over it. The dog notices the sudden lack of interest and just as he looks up, the cats see he's about to and the rear cat pushes the front cat into a kiss. Back and forth until they agree to share, but when they try to escape they both smell of steak and are easily tracked, requiring them to take to the costume again and pretend to 'help' the dog track whoever stole his dinner. So on and on with the situation getting worse as more dogs smell a female dog in heat and/or meat. May eventually end in adoption of the collie suited cats as a dog.
35. A set of housemates are moving away and give one of them a sendoff prank for the ages by turning him and themselves into girls and redecorating the house while he's asleep.
36. A girl who knows a guy has a crush on her and that another male friend has a crush on him dresses up in a kigurumi costume and invites him to come up to her room at a convention. He goes and finds the same character waiting...
37. It's Halloween and a married couple decide to get candy the fun way and scare all the kids into dropping their bags. The plan is for the wife to answer in some normal costume, claiming that she's a werewolf and when the kids say they don't believe, she theatrically starts to fall about, stumbles around a corner and after a tearing sound a werewolf comes out wearing a ripped version of her costume far too quickly for it to be a costume change. Of course, the easier way would be for the husband to be the werewolf version of his wife, but that wouldn't be the most fun!
38. A couple of guys need to get into an all girls pool party. Too bad the suit store is sold out of all but one model.
39. Emile has a crush on Gann. Gann has a crush on Alexandra who sort of likes him but doesn't want to start anything. Emile seduces Gann disguised as Alexandra, but then says he's Shelly disguised as Alexandra because she has a crush on him and wanted to get him interested. Alexandra is having trouble with her boyfriend and asks Gann if he wants a date. Gann thinks it's Emile-Shelly and that she's role playing. She gets offended when he treats her like Emile-Shelly and when she stalks off, Emile dressed as Alexandra shows up and teases him by telling him that was the real Alexandra but that she's the fake. Then the real Shelly also breaks up with her boyfriend and goes after Gann, leading to a love parallelogram with two of the people not realizing there's a third impersonating them and the fourth being run off his feet and beginning to suspect there's a third but not sure who
she really is.
40. Dr. Scratch'N'Sniff is frustrated that the Warners always do what his nurse tells them to but won't listen to him. He tries doing a session in a Minerva Mink suit and his success is soon a pain because all his patients start asking to be analyzed by Dr. Mink instead of him. Ending may involve the suit falling onto Chicken Boo on his way to a Hen party.
42. Beauty Pageant stories
A. F2F. Female (human or fur) needs to win a pageant for some kind of important prize. Isn't a pageant cute species, too slender, too curvy, etc to win. Suits to get it or is suiting to get in and sabotage the pageant but ends up winning in the process.
B. F2F Female suits as a big celebrity to make sure she wins
C. M2F. Is either sabotaging, trying to see a contestant or just wants to perv up close to the pretty girls. Probably ends up winning and possibly being unmasked by angry competitors.
43. An outnumbered army comes up with operation Centaur-Werewolf.
44. A man wakes up to find an adorable furry girl climbing into bed with him. When he takes her costume off, she's wearing a similarly cute cosplay underneath. When he wakes up, however, his best friend is next to him and acts as if he's always been the girl wearing the fursuit who visited him the night before.
45. Survivor-type finds out that living in the woods is harder than he thought. Cold, about to give up, sees couple in fox costumes, ends up stealing vixen, then skinsuit, then goes to town, couple's home, club, back to couple's home when caught, new pet/roommate/plush/love partner for 'family' who lives there.
46. A hound dresses up as a sexy fox during a hunt in order to lure foxes over to his friends. Things get complicated when the other hounds think he's a new female dog, and he has to also maintain some amount of trust with the foxes or the trick stops working.
47. Very Looney Tunes. Two foxes trying to get chickens. First fox is painted and fur styled by the other into a sexy collie to distract the farm dog, and while he's at it, the other glues feathers on and puts on a beak to lure the roosters/hens (buyers choice).
48. A man is put in a zero suit Samus cosplay by his girlfriend/wife and the mask is locked to the bodysuit. His 'punishments' start becoming more for the girlfriend than for him when he takes off the zero suit and realizes the girl suit makes him the same size she is.
49. Group of guys go all out in their outfits for the pool party with a 'crossdress' theme. The newly minted girls are admiring the boy costumes of the girls at the party from very close up when one of the disguised boys whispers 'we're at the wrong party.'
50. Cats in a totem pole skinsuit pretending first to be a babysitter, then going on dates for food.
51. More a comic idea: an RPG-like CYOA sort of story with skill points where the player ends up getting deeper and deeper into a skinsuit story after breaking into a house and having to stand in as someone's girlfriend
52. Two very small tennis players are being forced into retirement, and return to the field as one athletic, pretty, rather tall woman.
53. Wolf(bottom) and cougar(top) intercept a letter dropped by a terrified mail carrier that the marriage-age niece of a local well off shepherd is canceling her visit to meet the bachelors near her uncle. With the help of some stolen gear from a theater troupe, they dress as her and take her place. A couple of weasels want in and fill the gestalt girl's bodice. The sheep notice the wolf tail visible at the hem of the skirt and the cougar tail she hastily wraps under her belt and decide to lure the predators out with their own totem pole wolf and cougar suits.
54. Two friends of an introvert want to try to give him confidence and convince him to go to a costume party. He often uses a bunny sex doll when he's afraid to go out, so they decide to buy a copy of the bunny doll and dress one of them in it. There's a mixup and both of them buy bunny dolls and wear them, and then arrive at the party to find another identical bunny already there...
55. The city is overrun by stray dogs and the local dog catcher's office - lacking the staff and unwilling to hire more for a temporary problem - offers a reward per dog caught to the public. Enter three kids with a sexy dog suit and an eye for the reward. Of course when they're wildly successful and the news wants to interview the 'intrepid young person and their dog', one of them has a not-so-bright idea about how to make it an even bigger story for them...
56. Like above, but more Halloween party themed. Short cartoon character dresses as a sexy dog to infiltrate dog party (maybe working for dog catcher, not sure), and then dresses as a sexy CAT as the 'costume.' Success, popular, then dogs decide they want to know about the cats and 'dog-in-cat-costume' agrees to go in, swapping layers to pretend to be a cat in a dog suit to the cat party. Human in costume is picked up by catchers, and then both dogs and cats disguise themselves in totem pole trench style as young women looking for their first pet. A fight ensues at the pound, comical switching of tops and bottoms in scrum, exit pursued by squirrels in a bear suit for no reason.
57. Guy buys a cat costume for a party, but it turns out to be a female cat. He decides he may as well go for it, dresses up, and ends up being hit on by an enemy. He coordinates with friends to have an "encounter" filmed where he also bites and scratches, making sure there's plenty of evidence.
58. Guy has a crush on a straight forest ranger. Wears a vixen suit and pretends to be a lost partier to get close. Insists on sharing the ranger's cot because "nothing's going to happen with this on."
59. There's a gender swap dance where one person in a couple and anyone coming alone has to crossdress. The protag bets his friend he can be such a convincing girl that he could go as the friend's date and be totally convincing. Protag wins, and goes with friend (mask, bodysuit, prosthetics, not sure). After getting the dinner and drinks he won in the bet, protag starts dancing with all the ladies who are mostly just wearing suits and drawn on mustaches. Ends up offering "lesbian" kisses to simulate the experience without any danger of embarrassingly bi activity. After dancing with and kissing a girl who has a crush on him, story becomes a romance between them, with him not sure if she loves him or the woman he dresses as to go shopping with her.
60. Spy needs to get into a costume party without being recognized. Cue sexy fursuit with doll mask beneath and way more success than he planned for.
61. Boy skunk with a high voice can't get any notice as a singer. Dresses up as a vixen and wins American Idol.
62. Crossplayer has everything ready for a new cosplay every day at a con, but when he's trying on one of the outfits and his unsuspecting roommate develops a crush two days before con time, he has to decide how he's going to break it to the poor boy that the love of his life isn't who he thinks she is.
63. Based on that short animated piece where Harley captures a Batgirl cosplayer and Ivy has to break the bad news. They force him to pretend to be Batgirl for a heist, and he ends up being known as "Toots" in the Gotham underworld. He's willing to pretend to be any costumed person, hero or villain for a price. Maybe someone starts threatening him and he gets taken on as a subcontractor by Deathstroke.
64. Streamer wins a convincing female skunk suit in a rigged 'loot crate.' Does a humorous unboxing video where he leaves the room with the camera on and the skunk "creeps" out of the box to do her own gaming stream. Skunk is so popular that it only makes business sense to pretend she's a new addition to the streaming group and rope his roommate/partner into it as a doe that she meets in another "unboxing" video. Gets super out of hand when all four are supposed to be at a convention.
65. Girlfriend sneaks her boyfriend into her house in a two-person horse suit that's edging onto toony logic by being one where the person in front has their arms in the forelegs, making the horse smaller but more intimate. Excuse is that she and the 'girl' in back really need to practice for a play where they wear the costume. Escalates with hijinks including the mare suit, a girl suit they get when excuses begin to run out, a brother who has a crush on the 'girl in back' and a suspiciously amorous two-person stallion.
Concepts I had revolving around shepherds and wolves:
1. Toony/Dark –Wolf pack attacks (or arrives shortly after a massacre of) the carriage of the daughter of a wealthy land owner being sent to marry an equally wealthy land owner who happens to have an enormous flock of sheep. They flay and consume the daughter and her maids, then dress in the skins and clothes so as to get into the household. They all have difficulties with being uncomfortable and having to deal with amorous servants for the maids and the lead wolf having to deal with the new fiancé. At least one of the wolves begins letting his tail hang out all the time and hiding it under layers of skirts with the expected near-misses and mistakes. They don’t even have to go out into the fields because they’re fed by the new husband’s household.
2. Toony/other side - A wolf is stalking some lambs, who trap him by disguising two of their number as a hot female wolf. When they spring the trap, they knock the wolf unconscious and find that he was another pair of lambs the whole time! To get revenge, they put the two pranksters in the wolf bitch suit, break off the zipper, dye the original wolf suit another color and Pepe Le Pew them when they wake up.

6. All the prettiest and most popular girls at school are having a slumber party. A group guys who run a popular web show dress one of their number as an attractive newcomer who they wrangle into getting an invitation. Disguised member of the podcasting group arrives at party with a variety of interesting toys for their game of truth or dare. All the toys have hidden cameras in them.
WARNING: I plotted this out and it's long. Possibly over 20,000 words.
7. A bloke who dresses as a pretty girl to get free drinks at a local night club sees that his friend and roommate has decided to go to the club he frequents as a girl rather than the one they usually go to together. Feeling naughty, the disguised bloke seduces the roommate and when they wake up in bed the next day… Could be a shorter one if I stop it shortly after the discovery and separate the aftermath to a second part.
8. A mangy rat bank robber combines disguise with hiding place by ducking into a nearby ladies room and stuffing the curves of his vixen suit with the money. Things get complicated when a fox detective spots the vixen and chats her up under the pretense of seeing if she’s a witness. The rat doesn’t want to make the fox suspicious, but he sure as hell doesn’t want to go on a date with him!
9. The brotherhood of the traveling bodysuit - a female suit keeps getting worn, discarded and picked up by people who saw it being taken off.
This one can pretty much be extended indefinitely, so feel free to pay a few bucks every so often for the next person in line to get the suit.
11. A man has had a crush on his best friend’s sister for awhile. The friend lets slip that his sister’s so vain that she spent a month’s salary on a full body costume of herself so that if she develops even the tiniest zit she can put it on and be perfect. Now the man has a hard decision. Should he steal the costume and wear it himself so he has complete control over his crush or try to get his friend to wear it since he’d know his sister best?
Possible variant: Kid brother goes into his sister's room to steal some of her clothes because he's getting interested in crossdressing, finds her 'vanity suit' and puts it on. The sister's boyfriend arrives just as he's put the finishing touches on a lolita gothic ensemble, praises her for not being late for once and takes the kid brother on the date they'd been planning.
12. Animal rights group intercepts and steals an invitation by a wealthy and influential hunting enthusiast to his annual Halloween Ball. Since they don’t want to be recognized later and refuse to exploit their female membership, they put one of their male members in a girl suit and a sexy animal costume. At first the idea is to just ruin the party, but when the host takes a fancy to the sexy young predator girl, an opportunity comes up that can’t be ignored. A doe costume, some glue and a gag which makes the deer mating call later… LENGTH WARNING: 15,000 words minimum
13. I don’t usually do Looney Tunes but: Elmer and the hunting dog know Bugs and Daffy are near. Elmer puts on a Lola Bunny (or something similar) suit and sticks the dog in Minerva Mink. Meanwhile in the forest next to the lake, Bugs and Daffy know Elmer’s on the way, so Bugs puts on a girl suit and bikini while Daffy’s in a female dog suit. They pretend to be a sunbather and her pooch while the hunter and dog find them while in their Lola and Minerva disguises. Neither side is entirely sure the other is what they look like while they have to pretend to be exactly what they appear to be and so can’t make any overt move. The voice box can’t totally hide Elmer’s speech impediment, the dog may look like Minerva but has to stay silent or bark, Daffy occasionally sheds feathers which escape from the dog suit’s mouth and Bugs’ ears have a tendency to spring back up and out of the girl’s head, along with her butt occasionally sprouting a cotton tail.
14. A man buys a cute female cat costume and bribes his friend to wear it to a party. The friend takes the money but uses it to give the briber a surprise.
15. A pool party involving a sexy sea monster costume.
16. A princess hates meeting the now tens of suitors trying for her hand and her brother has the idea of disguising himself as her and using the many 'private walks' her suitors like to go on to get military secrets and tactical capabilities out of them in the guise of asking about their 'daring exploits' and 'strong kingdoms.' His best friend has a secret crush on his sister and he's got a crush on his best friend, adding to the difficulties of being a stand-in noblewoman.

17. I've seen a lot of manga and anime where people (especially females) occasionally shed their skin.
A. Guy whose girlfriend is out of town so he puts it on to feel closer to her and ends up having to stand in for her when someone barges in.
B. Someone puts it on to embarrass another / Guy puts on skin of girl he can't have and ends up going out in it, causing huge damage to her reputation as he does all the things he always wanted her to do
C. Guy's friend owes him a favor so he puts on a shed skin of a girl the guy wants to ask out.
D. Uses it to go somewhere they normally couldn't.
E. Girl asks guy friend to put on her shed skin so she can see how some of her outfits look from the outside. Knock at door and she asks friend to get it since she isn't dressed. It's her boyfriend, who whisks the guy friend off before he can say anything. Girl yawns and goes to bed. She was tired and wanted an early night. Further shenanigans can ensue during and after the date.
F: SPECIAL SPECIAL SPECIAL - I want to do this one soon anyway so I'll do the first 10K words free. A politician's assistant puts her boyfriend in the shed skin of the politician and then herself as the politician's chief aide. They go to a bar to 'mingle with voters' and get into a game of strip pool amongst other mischief.
19. I've never even watched MLP, but: Two very young dragons want to impress their elders by getting some rare jewelry, so they make a pony suit and infiltrate, stealing shinies whenever they're alone.
20. Two guys are asked by their girlfriends (who are best friends) to house sit. The first is a casual crossdresser and after trying on a couple of outfits he finds a box containing a skinsuit of the other girl, remembering then the time they'd gone as each other for Halloween and teased their boyfriends the whole time. He puts it on to try it out and then the very revealing outfit that his girlfriend had used to show off her BFF'd body. Just then the doorbell rings and he looks out the window to see his friend, whose girlfriend he now looks like. Could possibly slot into the shed skin idea up in 17 with the two female friends keeping each others' shed skins as friendship items.
22. A studio wants to make sure that their newest sensation is never seen outside of venues, so they record a real singer and have a man in a skinsuit go out and lip sync hoping that no one would ever suspect that the blue haired rocker chick is a man and if it were to come out they'd first have deniability and second be able to spin it into lots of press.
23. Two friends who know their third friend likes crossdressing buys him a skinsuit. At first he isn't really interested, but after trying it, he decides to thank his friends in a very personal way.
25. A girlfriend of a pokemon trainer wants to propose to him in a super special way and with the help of a sexy costume and one of his pokemon, she gets herself into a lot of trouble in the process.
26. A footsoldier sees the general of the armies die nearby and goes to bring her body back to HQ. As he gets progressively more tired, more of her armor replaces his as he decides that he needs to get rid of as much extra weight as possible and distribute what's left more evenly.
27. The police are at a loss as to the identity of two waifish criminals seen at several large thefts. Meanwhile a socialite and her two voluptuous daughters have recently built a mansion just outside of town.
29. A young man is told by his friend to go down to the beach to see something fantastic. He arrives and there's a mermaid sitting on a rock out in the bay singing. SPECIAL: After the suits get distributed, I have no idea what to do with this so you can actually get an exception to the 'minimal input' rule on this one.
30. A couple want to win the costume contest at that year's Halloween party so they go as twins with the boyfriend in a bodysuit.
31. Bowser's daughter, Princess Koopa, has a crush on Mario. She comes up with a plan that not only nets her Mario but keeps Peach from being rescued when Bowser kidnaps her. SPECIAL: After a certain point, I'm clueless as to where to go with it, so same exception as 29.
32. A pair are tired of their female boss being so nasty and ... bossy. One dresses up as her and goes out to discredit her by making huge orders at their suppliers in person which she'll have to cancel and explain away the next day. The opportunities grow as the disguised employee meets other people his/her boss knows. F2F or M2F by choice of commissioner and could be a 'shed skin' type. SPECIAL: After around word 20,000, I'm open for suggestions for an ending.
33. A wife who is away on business a lot knows her husband has a very realistic sex doll and doesn't mind until she starts to wonder if he's doing the doll better than her. She dresses up as the doll to find out.
34. Two cats spend a typical Looney Tunes episode trying to get a dog's steak away from him. Eventually they agree to work together and put on a collie suit with one in front and the other in back. They flirt and then the front cat quickly falls down, making it look like the collie is in heat and wants servicing. As the rear cat is being taken advantage of, the front cat tries to eat the steak at which point the rear cat opens the flap partly to fight over it. The dog notices the sudden lack of interest and just as he looks up, the cats see he's about to and the rear cat pushes the front cat into a kiss. Back and forth until they agree to share, but when they try to escape they both smell of steak and are easily tracked, requiring them to take to the costume again and pretend to 'help' the dog track whoever stole his dinner. So on and on with the situation getting worse as more dogs smell a female dog in heat and/or meat. May eventually end in adoption of the collie suited cats as a dog.
35. A set of housemates are moving away and give one of them a sendoff prank for the ages by turning him and themselves into girls and redecorating the house while he's asleep.
36. A girl who knows a guy has a crush on her and that another male friend has a crush on him dresses up in a kigurumi costume and invites him to come up to her room at a convention. He goes and finds the same character waiting...
37. It's Halloween and a married couple decide to get candy the fun way and scare all the kids into dropping their bags. The plan is for the wife to answer in some normal costume, claiming that she's a werewolf and when the kids say they don't believe, she theatrically starts to fall about, stumbles around a corner and after a tearing sound a werewolf comes out wearing a ripped version of her costume far too quickly for it to be a costume change. Of course, the easier way would be for the husband to be the werewolf version of his wife, but that wouldn't be the most fun!
38. A couple of guys need to get into an all girls pool party. Too bad the suit store is sold out of all but one model.
39. Emile has a crush on Gann. Gann has a crush on Alexandra who sort of likes him but doesn't want to start anything. Emile seduces Gann disguised as Alexandra, but then says he's Shelly disguised as Alexandra because she has a crush on him and wanted to get him interested. Alexandra is having trouble with her boyfriend and asks Gann if he wants a date. Gann thinks it's Emile-Shelly and that she's role playing. She gets offended when he treats her like Emile-Shelly and when she stalks off, Emile dressed as Alexandra shows up and teases him by telling him that was the real Alexandra but that she's the fake. Then the real Shelly also breaks up with her boyfriend and goes after Gann, leading to a love parallelogram with two of the people not realizing there's a third impersonating them and the fourth being run off his feet and beginning to suspect there's a third but not sure who
she really is.
40. Dr. Scratch'N'Sniff is frustrated that the Warners always do what his nurse tells them to but won't listen to him. He tries doing a session in a Minerva Mink suit and his success is soon a pain because all his patients start asking to be analyzed by Dr. Mink instead of him. Ending may involve the suit falling onto Chicken Boo on his way to a Hen party.
42. Beauty Pageant stories
A. F2F. Female (human or fur) needs to win a pageant for some kind of important prize. Isn't a pageant cute species, too slender, too curvy, etc to win. Suits to get it or is suiting to get in and sabotage the pageant but ends up winning in the process.
B. F2F Female suits as a big celebrity to make sure she wins
C. M2F. Is either sabotaging, trying to see a contestant or just wants to perv up close to the pretty girls. Probably ends up winning and possibly being unmasked by angry competitors.
43. An outnumbered army comes up with operation Centaur-Werewolf.
44. A man wakes up to find an adorable furry girl climbing into bed with him. When he takes her costume off, she's wearing a similarly cute cosplay underneath. When he wakes up, however, his best friend is next to him and acts as if he's always been the girl wearing the fursuit who visited him the night before.
45. Survivor-type finds out that living in the woods is harder than he thought. Cold, about to give up, sees couple in fox costumes, ends up stealing vixen, then skinsuit, then goes to town, couple's home, club, back to couple's home when caught, new pet/roommate/plush/love partner for 'family' who lives there.
46. A hound dresses up as a sexy fox during a hunt in order to lure foxes over to his friends. Things get complicated when the other hounds think he's a new female dog, and he has to also maintain some amount of trust with the foxes or the trick stops working.
47. Very Looney Tunes. Two foxes trying to get chickens. First fox is painted and fur styled by the other into a sexy collie to distract the farm dog, and while he's at it, the other glues feathers on and puts on a beak to lure the roosters/hens (buyers choice).
48. A man is put in a zero suit Samus cosplay by his girlfriend/wife and the mask is locked to the bodysuit. His 'punishments' start becoming more for the girlfriend than for him when he takes off the zero suit and realizes the girl suit makes him the same size she is.
49. Group of guys go all out in their outfits for the pool party with a 'crossdress' theme. The newly minted girls are admiring the boy costumes of the girls at the party from very close up when one of the disguised boys whispers 'we're at the wrong party.'
50. Cats in a totem pole skinsuit pretending first to be a babysitter, then going on dates for food.
51. More a comic idea: an RPG-like CYOA sort of story with skill points where the player ends up getting deeper and deeper into a skinsuit story after breaking into a house and having to stand in as someone's girlfriend
52. Two very small tennis players are being forced into retirement, and return to the field as one athletic, pretty, rather tall woman.
53. Wolf(bottom) and cougar(top) intercept a letter dropped by a terrified mail carrier that the marriage-age niece of a local well off shepherd is canceling her visit to meet the bachelors near her uncle. With the help of some stolen gear from a theater troupe, they dress as her and take her place. A couple of weasels want in and fill the gestalt girl's bodice. The sheep notice the wolf tail visible at the hem of the skirt and the cougar tail she hastily wraps under her belt and decide to lure the predators out with their own totem pole wolf and cougar suits.
54. Two friends of an introvert want to try to give him confidence and convince him to go to a costume party. He often uses a bunny sex doll when he's afraid to go out, so they decide to buy a copy of the bunny doll and dress one of them in it. There's a mixup and both of them buy bunny dolls and wear them, and then arrive at the party to find another identical bunny already there...
55. The city is overrun by stray dogs and the local dog catcher's office - lacking the staff and unwilling to hire more for a temporary problem - offers a reward per dog caught to the public. Enter three kids with a sexy dog suit and an eye for the reward. Of course when they're wildly successful and the news wants to interview the 'intrepid young person and their dog', one of them has a not-so-bright idea about how to make it an even bigger story for them...
56. Like above, but more Halloween party themed. Short cartoon character dresses as a sexy dog to infiltrate dog party (maybe working for dog catcher, not sure), and then dresses as a sexy CAT as the 'costume.' Success, popular, then dogs decide they want to know about the cats and 'dog-in-cat-costume' agrees to go in, swapping layers to pretend to be a cat in a dog suit to the cat party. Human in costume is picked up by catchers, and then both dogs and cats disguise themselves in totem pole trench style as young women looking for their first pet. A fight ensues at the pound, comical switching of tops and bottoms in scrum, exit pursued by squirrels in a bear suit for no reason.
57. Guy buys a cat costume for a party, but it turns out to be a female cat. He decides he may as well go for it, dresses up, and ends up being hit on by an enemy. He coordinates with friends to have an "encounter" filmed where he also bites and scratches, making sure there's plenty of evidence.
58. Guy has a crush on a straight forest ranger. Wears a vixen suit and pretends to be a lost partier to get close. Insists on sharing the ranger's cot because "nothing's going to happen with this on."
59. There's a gender swap dance where one person in a couple and anyone coming alone has to crossdress. The protag bets his friend he can be such a convincing girl that he could go as the friend's date and be totally convincing. Protag wins, and goes with friend (mask, bodysuit, prosthetics, not sure). After getting the dinner and drinks he won in the bet, protag starts dancing with all the ladies who are mostly just wearing suits and drawn on mustaches. Ends up offering "lesbian" kisses to simulate the experience without any danger of embarrassingly bi activity. After dancing with and kissing a girl who has a crush on him, story becomes a romance between them, with him not sure if she loves him or the woman he dresses as to go shopping with her.
60. Spy needs to get into a costume party without being recognized. Cue sexy fursuit with doll mask beneath and way more success than he planned for.
61. Boy skunk with a high voice can't get any notice as a singer. Dresses up as a vixen and wins American Idol.
62. Crossplayer has everything ready for a new cosplay every day at a con, but when he's trying on one of the outfits and his unsuspecting roommate develops a crush two days before con time, he has to decide how he's going to break it to the poor boy that the love of his life isn't who he thinks she is.
63. Based on that short animated piece where Harley captures a Batgirl cosplayer and Ivy has to break the bad news. They force him to pretend to be Batgirl for a heist, and he ends up being known as "Toots" in the Gotham underworld. He's willing to pretend to be any costumed person, hero or villain for a price. Maybe someone starts threatening him and he gets taken on as a subcontractor by Deathstroke.
64. Streamer wins a convincing female skunk suit in a rigged 'loot crate.' Does a humorous unboxing video where he leaves the room with the camera on and the skunk "creeps" out of the box to do her own gaming stream. Skunk is so popular that it only makes business sense to pretend she's a new addition to the streaming group and rope his roommate/partner into it as a doe that she meets in another "unboxing" video. Gets super out of hand when all four are supposed to be at a convention.
65. Girlfriend sneaks her boyfriend into her house in a two-person horse suit that's edging onto toony logic by being one where the person in front has their arms in the forelegs, making the horse smaller but more intimate. Excuse is that she and the 'girl' in back really need to practice for a play where they wear the costume. Escalates with hijinks including the mare suit, a girl suit they get when excuses begin to run out, a brother who has a crush on the 'girl in back' and a suspiciously amorous two-person stallion.
Concepts I had revolving around shepherds and wolves:
1. Toony/Dark –Wolf pack attacks (or arrives shortly after a massacre of) the carriage of the daughter of a wealthy land owner being sent to marry an equally wealthy land owner who happens to have an enormous flock of sheep. They flay and consume the daughter and her maids, then dress in the skins and clothes so as to get into the household. They all have difficulties with being uncomfortable and having to deal with amorous servants for the maids and the lead wolf having to deal with the new fiancé. At least one of the wolves begins letting his tail hang out all the time and hiding it under layers of skirts with the expected near-misses and mistakes. They don’t even have to go out into the fields because they’re fed by the new husband’s household.
2. Toony/other side - A wolf is stalking some lambs, who trap him by disguising two of their number as a hot female wolf. When they spring the trap, they knock the wolf unconscious and find that he was another pair of lambs the whole time! To get revenge, they put the two pranksters in the wolf bitch suit, break off the zipper, dye the original wolf suit another color and Pepe Le Pew them when they wake up.
