Draw a thumb. Like just the thumb, no attached hand. Super close up and detailed. Just a crazy way-too-detailed disembodied thumb. With a mouth where the joint is, but no eyes or nose. Oh, and a crazy long nail that's grown out long enough to become curly and look almost like hair.
