PC help: looking for processor
Well after a while I was able to get my PC checked and diagnosed, turns out the processor is no good, so that needs to be replaced, but now that I have a dedicated graphics card, I no longer need and integrated processor, that being said I need a new one for my gaming rig, if you have any recommendations I be happy to hear them
Here's my old one

The 6800-K *is* the best CPU you can get for an FM2 Motherboard. what motherboard do you have again? if i's FM2+, you've got better options, like the Kaveri chips. Link me your Mobo, and I'll find something for you.

Bit of research says the 6800's still best in class, Especially if you already have a Dedicated CPU. just grab another one and you'll be fine.

If you are thinking about upgrading to a different processor, you will usually have to upgrade the motherboard as well. Until they standardize processors, this will be an issue. Like Muskie said, that motherboard you have is limited to best case being what you had as a processor. All I can suggest is to get another of the same processor, or if you have the money, get a whole new motherboard and processor that is an upgrade from what you had.
