Got Paypal account so I can commish and order drawings online like FINALLY you can now order drawings and animations! but sadly close right now

I became a first year collage student so I can work more but less on internet. that's bad and good for me.

This month, I'm moving another home but I'm still staying this town, so no need to be worry my real life friends. but might be away from the internet till I get my internet back on.

I need good to know when I'm commish someone, I must know how much my drawing worth, and behaver on people who up for spending money for drawings.

I still need PC wires parts for my secondary PC so I can do livestream, play games as normaly, and some sudden work. So I need help to gain the money for PC parts, and... animations studio that look easy to use. So I need to animations artist to help me.

I can still accept Nintendo eShop cards even it worth as 20$ but depending what balance it had.
