So much. Has happened. In the past semester.
I'm in a character design class right now, and for the first time in my life I have to budget my drawing time to be able to finish assignments. I'll post a few of them later on, so you can see what my work load has been like this semester... My wrist has started to get extremely stiff, so I'm a bit worried about things like carpal tunnel? Does anyone have any information regarding this?
Over the past few months I've had the opportunity to work on some relatively large game projects of which I'm honored to have participated/be participating in. But unfortunately, it's also brought about some drama, and I'm a little worried about some really great professors and their job security. I don't really want to go into it for respect of all involved, but I've been struggling with that over the past few days.
Sorry for not updating very frequently! You will see some posts tonight and hopefully another WIP of some commission work.
Ink outie.

Carpal tunnel is a neurological condition that is a lot more severe than people make it out to be. It's often confused with stress injuries or tendinitis, but it's not the same thing, and it's usually genetic rather than a result of repetitive motion. I was diagnosed with it several years ago and I now have permanent nerve damage in my hands, so if you have any tingling or numbness, get to a doctor right away!
Gosh that makes me feel a LOT better.
Repetitive motion can trigger carpal tunnel if you are genetically predisposed to it, though, so definitely always watch out for that possibility. Catching it early can save you a lot of problems in the long run.
I hope nothing comes from the game drama, though. It sounds like something that was really fun
I can only imagine that if this is what the students are acting like, what the professors must be dealing with.
