Not so sure about a few of the things they talk about as being a good thing, mainly the limited respawn thing, doesn't seem like as good a idea as it sounds, especially after talking with a few of my game design freinds.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Some of the things sound to extreme for a game. Particularly MMOs. The idea and concept of the game sounds very interesting, but if it works like that in the final game? Just because it sounds great on paper doesn't have to mean that it is fun for the players, like not being able to message people or no fast-travel, not even a fast travel system, where you could travel from cities to cities, most people hate walking long distances in games that is sadly a fact. I am sure it can find players which like all of what the game has to offer. But if it will be enough to support the game in the long run? Particularly MMOS don't work that well as niche titles. I mean the list of dead MMOs is quite large.

still I really hope they succeed. It seems that they want to try something that is very different to the typical MMOs. And that deserves some respect.

I do as well, but I'm taking my time, trying to make sure I'm going along the right path, that includes finding a experienced designer.

This feature basically dooms the project. People are never going to get behind this kind of MMO anymore.

these guys have tried this same mmo before by the looks of it and left some people rather steamed but you would have take a look yourself

I've been watching them for years, so I know all about that stuff.
