Aweee, I honestly wish I could draw with darker colours~ but I'm happy to hear that my art is close to the pastel palettes.

If I were to put a name to it I'd call it Pastel, you use very light easy on the eyes colors.

I'M SO GLAD TO HEAR THIS UGGUSSS- I've always had a fear of bleeding people's eyes out with my mismatched colours.

I think I'm gon'na go for the vague vote and say I'd call your style overall (as I see it currently) as 'dynamic shoujo', maybe leaning toward 'dynamic josei'. You have a fantastic depth and three dimensionality to your work (especially your greyscale marker work, homgosh) that's above what I would expect to see in normal shoujo or josei art styles, but the subject matter and emotion in the artwork is similar, especially given the lean toward generally innocent cuteness as opposed to undue eroticism or implicit sexuality.

It's a very graspable uniqueness while also having more design variety than the anime-inspired art styles one usually sees. c:

Not sure what you mean by design variety versus anime-inspired art? What would the design variety be?

Primarily I noticed it in the way you draw eyes -- usually you'll find people who, while they can draw eyes in different shapes, rarely draw them in different styles, but you've definitely captured said differences. Same goes for the variety of colour palettes and colouring styles you use.

Usually I see people who do generic anime-inspired art that has aggressive sameface problems and they've 'gotten their colouring style down' so there's never any variation from piece to piece. Your's keeps your style alive throughout, but still has more variety than just the cookie-cutter artwork out there. c: Does that make sense?

I guess being really critical about differences in eyes and trying to be as varied as I can with my characters in the beginning paid off? I'm slowly getting there in terms of colouring style- I do like to try new colouring styles or at least HAVE many colouring techniques.

YESSS~~! I love drawing cute things but also sexy, beautiful, dark, emotional, and spooky things. 9 u9 I'm glad I'm not the only one who can't really pinpoint a word for my 'style'. I really don't think I have one, especially since I experiment a lot!
