This is going to be run similar to the Trick x Treat Halloween Exchange from October, hopefully with less kinks in the system! If you wish to take part in the exchange, comment on this journal! Here's a form if you want to use it!

However, when you sign up, please keep in mind your schedule, what you may have going on around the holidays, etc. This is a commitment, but not so much for me but another person! If you can't get the art in on time, there's going to be a lot of disappointment. I will be checking up on people if their art is not done on time! If you need some flexibility, the sooner you tell me about it, the better so I can accommodate! I can't help you if I don't know you need it!
Also, notice there is a backup artist on there! This is for if someone does not do their end of the trade in a timely manner. I will put you in a backup artist pool and possibly call upon you if this occurs to do
The last day to sign up is Saturday, March 7. Once March 1 rolls around on Eastern Standard Time, I'm going to start working on the assignments.
I will be using a random number generator to assign people, and then I'll send you a note with who you're going to be drawing for. Do not talk about who you have with other people!. Word travels fast, and that defeats the whole purpose of the secret santa-type setup if the secret is blown!
Also, please put effort into your pic. Don't just do a cheap sketch for them and call it good. Make it nice!
You will be posting your picture for your person on Tuesday, March 31. Please don't post before or after without asking! Again, please let me know before the deadline if this is going to be of difficulty! When you post your picture, get in touch with your person somehow with a link to the picture you did for them (note, comment, etc.), and also send me a quick note with a link to the pic so I can check you off on my list as having done it. That's all you have to do! Well, aside from enjoy your art that someone did for you. :3
