i have noticed in anything called a raffle that it requires a lot of entries from people, to get a greater chance of winning, or be beyond lucky to have a single entry of a single person to be picked. basically, spamming the entries container. sometimes in raffles i have seen, the raffle person picked the first name on top of the pile, without even mixing it up. therefore making it pointless for the earlier entries to have a chance. therefore, not truly random.
