Well, some of you may or may not of heard that the 10 day free trials for Warhammer Online have started officialy. If any of you out there might be thinking of trying them, there's something you should know. The 10 day free trials are the same as the Recruit-A-Friend trials that they've had for a couple months now, except there's no reward for an already exhisting player. And while I think that it's great people can jump in and try the game out without haveing to already know someone already playing it, I've got several free trial passes sitting on my account with no one to give them to.
So, if any of you are considering trying it out, let me know first and I can send you one of my trial passes. All I'd need is your name and your email address, which you can send to me in a PM if you want. You'll get 10 days to play free up to level 11 (meaning you can play through the first tier if the game, and visit the capital cities), the code to create your trial account, and a link to download the trial version of the game. In return, if you decide to upgrade your subscription to a paying account, I get a 30 day credit to my account, and a bonus ingame pet, and if I get 4 or more new recruits, I'll get an item that allows me to increase group EXP gain and raise the level of someone up to my own, so new players can get further and catch up to everyone else faster.
Oh, and like most games, when you subscribe you get the first month free. So you'd be getting 10 extra days for free and helping someone out. Aint that always good? ^_^ This offer also applies to people who have been gone for the game for more than 60 days, so if you want to come back, that'll work too.
Right now I have 6 trial codes I can give out. Every month I get another code up to a max of 6, so it's somewhat limited. Any codes I give out expire after 30 days if they're not activated, but I get a new code if that happens, so none get wasted.
