i like to roleplay most of the time if you want.

I love to role play but I too have found a huge lacking of it lately. I have tried many locations that offer chat (Like IRC) as I will simply not do forums / message boards.

It's been on the decline for months for me. I rp mostly over Skype and aim, but f-list too. I have noticed a decline in rps on all.

Hmm....I don't have too much trouble. But then again, there's always people ready to roll in the Pokéfurs chat!

Though keep in mind that F-Chat is also a place to..well chat. Not everyone is there to RP because not everyone has an alternative IM in common. I've been on there just to gab sometimes myself, though not often. cx

It's mostly people that just want to get off quick and don't want to put any effort into it at all. That and people that don't give a shit as a whole about the person behind the monitor and how they are feeling. It's "You want to RP?" If you say no. Then they are gone to only come back asking again. This is why I really started to hate RPing at one point and hardly do it anymore.

Depends what sort of role play you want.

Tell me about it... I swear no one anymore can post anything past 1-2 lines every 10-20 minutes, it's ridiculous! T_T

This being said, if you're looking for someone to do a long term RP or anything with, I'm more than happy to throw myself in there..! I miss having an intelligent person to RP with...

I know exactly what you mean about f-list. Being an asshole (which is like at least 85% of the user base) is not a good way to find good RPers. And yeah I know what you mean just finding a good RP. Luckily I kept the best RPers I've had around.

Sometimes people are in the RP areas for talking to the ones they know..im in a hypnosis IRC room sometimes, not because i often do that, but more because i know a few people there and cant easily talk to them elsewhere *shrugs* just showing the other side to that. since you mentioned it.

Though yes..it does seem increasingly hard recently to find people both willing, in to the same stuff, and good at roleplay. (while at the same time, not been someone who would literaly just be there for the roleplay.. >_>)

This is why I do not put stock in F-list I find an R P group is a small animal consisting of not too many moving parts 5 or 6 is a good number with those who really enjoy Rping such as yourself it appears.

it depends on the rp for me i have one long term rp that stretches close to 900 pages long over the course several years now , but i done a many short term rp it mainly finding person that willing to that long.

But also it finding the person that has the same messenger/forum/ or account work with you since i can only do yahoo and msn and forums since SL not dial up friendly ( yes there still folk on dial up ) also skype big no since me, it seem be glictchy as hell and it messenger program does not work well since i tried using it and testing with a friend .
