Looking for animators, voice actors, writers, and musicians

Hey ya'll foxy101 here.
I'm looking to start a Fully Furry Animation project that will hopefully be televised in the long run. To my knowledge it'll also be the first one of it's kind. I'm thinking it'd have kind of an anime feel to it with semi realistic anthropomorphic animals as the cast.
I'm looking for:
Experienced artists/animators that have the time to dedicate to the project, works well with others, can complete the quota in a timely fashion, and can emulate the style being drawn overall.
Writers that have full length examples to showcase their creativity, knowledge of proper grammar/punctuation, as well as being comfortable with using slang when necessary.
Voice actors that can bring the voice of the character to life, portray proper emotion, and can keep a consistent voice if using alternate vocals.
Musicians/Sound Effect Artists that can produce high quality original audio files on time.
Furs with experience in midsize-large scale management projects that can assist in the organization of files, deadlines, contact information of the staff and investors, capable of contacting companies be any means, gathering information, and fact checking. Knowledge of the
Film industry will be taking into consideration.
Positions:
There'll be positions for storyboard artists, animators, and team management in the art department.
Two to three positions for plot development, and dialog writers in the literature department.
Several positions for leading and supporting role voice actors
Musicians/Sound Effect Artists
And if there are furs with promotion experience feel free to contact me.

The faster I can gather info on the staff as far as cost, the sooner I'll be able to promote for funding.
I won't ask anyone to work for free, but keep in mind after everyone has read through their contract we will need to showcase a preview to the public in order to maximize the supporters/investors. All hours will be recorded and compensated at a future date as applicable and feasible to the projects progression.
