Actor, director, writer, poet, singer and photographer Leonard Nimoy died at the age of 83 on February 27, 2015. The Star Trek actor's final tweet before he was hospitalised earlier this week has gone viral with hundreds of thousands of shares on the social networking site. He wrote 'A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. LLAP'.
