Radioactive tiberian fiends don't get a lot of love/attention, although I imagine that glowing crystals-of-doom all over their backs and the horns would make them a bit of work. Some depictions have them as rather alien looking, and others have them looking more like demonic wolves with the aforementioned crystals and whatnot. (I could throw a few pictures at you over notes of some of the better depictions, as well as the pixel art from the game, I guess.)

My personal idea-

A swarm of insect-like aliens (maybe even like the ones from Starship Troopers) surrounding their victim, binding them and fucking them with tentacle-like appendages or feelers or some shit, and using either the aforementioned tentacles, or multiple ones using probiscous, stingers, suckers, any combination of these, to both pump a venom into their bodies, and suck out their very soul~ the soul being eaten and taken, torn apart by multiple beings, as their body is raped and filled with a transforming venom that will soon turn them into just another bug in the hive~ I suppose the victim could be anthro, but it would be much more unique if they were feral ^^ DEFINITELY not enough feral soul vore out there! Maybe a vulpine or other canid

My idea was to see it creeping closer to its victim, having already mauled someone before, maybe. It is extremely flexible, so it could manage some angles that are dealy for Earth-typed beings, and has two rows of teeth for better grip.
