In August of last year,
balladaheart gave a costume maker his head made by
Beastcub to have something made for his suit. Six months have gone by with zero communication from the costume maker despite Ballada sending countless emails, notes, messages and request to the maker. This person has his prized irreplaceable fursuit head and seems to have no desire to return it.

Snap, you set an awesome benchmark and are the absolute best when it has come to customer service, and one other builder got as quick replies but I never did any business with them, but no other fursuit builder I have dealt with has been anywhere as good.
I hope that balladaheart gets their property returned, though I'd never send my head to somebody I didn't trust, its far too precious.
*hugs* Hope for the best! Be sure to outline in detail what was lost, and its value. If he can't get his property back, then perhaps he'll get back enough to commission another piece by Beastcub.
