she has nothing to do with it. I just listed her because its who made his head... showing just how precious it is because Beastcub rocks :)

the head isn't being fixed. but again, she has nothing to do with it. I have been trying to help Ballad but this person seems to just be ignoring everything.

That's sad to hear. in cases like these, that fursuit maker's name should be posted to protect others from making the same mistake.

I forgot to ask, Have any one else been in contact with the person who has your head? have this other fursuit maker stopped contact with just him or everyone else too? - i noticed that the FA page has not been updated in a long time, (no new faves, submissions, etc.) is it possible that something may have "happened" to the maker? ( death, Illness, jailed, etc.) and unable to contact anyone back?

This is the thing I don't love about the furry fandom, that the standard for customer service and contact is pretty poor.
Snap, you set an awesome benchmark and are the absolute best when it has come to customer service, and one other builder got as quick replies but I never did any business with them, but no other fursuit builder I have dealt with has been anywhere as good.
I hope that balladaheart gets their property returned, though I'd never send my head to somebody I didn't trust, its far too precious.

I agree with you. Snap's customer service is the best.

As someone who has lost a great deal of money to unreliable and deceitful people, I completely sympathize with your friend. I second the suggestion to get Paypal involved...they're pretty good about protecting buyers. I hope that the money was sent as purchasing goods and services.

*hugs* Hope for the best! Be sure to outline in detail what was lost, and its value. If he can't get his property back, then perhaps he'll get back enough to commission another piece by Beastcub.
