Maybe you could use something like a pen.

make sure the pen is in your mouth securely by gently gripping it with your teeth then wrapping your lips over it, you then gently bob your head up and down, don't be too rough though as you may cause internal injuries and possible keyboard damage.

You have to use caps lock. My solution, however, is to ... hire a typist *grin*

Caps lock works for capital letters but not special characters like !@#$%^&*( and such. My solution was taping pencils eraser side down to my hooves. I tried a Speech-to-Text software but it screwed up a lot and it's hard to enter in special characters. So I'm stuck with the pencil trick for now though and hiring a typist could probably get expensive. It must be weird for you to type out an erotic RP to another person while they type it heh
