So I submitted the application to form the corporation yesterday. A few hours later I received the acceptance email. As of 4:00 PM yesterday we are on the road to making this a reality. The Board has already been chosen. The first Board meeting will take place soon. All we need know business wise is a Employer ID number and a Business License.

Volunteers, we will be seeking volunteers in the months to come. Since the date of the con is set for 2017 we aren't in a rush to staff this event right now. We have to price it all out and raise the capital needed. Anyone who wishes to volunteer, well I thank you for your dedication and the time you are willing to give up and the energy you will expend. I will point you eager individuals towards our volunteer coordinators when we are ready for you to do your thing.
