You have to take the door panel off and the mirror is attached up in the corner. three 10mm nuts on studs that go threw the corner of the door frame and in to the mirror.

and shush Luden. Not to long ago you were driving winky. Luden, you still have a chunk of 5 gal bucket as a patch to your front fender if I am not mistaken.

Thanks guys, I got lucky and was able to get behind the glass and remove it from the frame with out needing to pull the inner door panel.
