Furmash is going to either be held in Cumbria (equiv. Washington State
or in Scotland every year. Held on the border thereabouts anyway. It's
for the North UK's furries. So I'm a convention noob, shockingly, and it's
probably a bad idea me attempting this but I got close to hosting a comic
con with my friends in Dubai (we had to cancel because of UAW law :c )
so I do have convention planning experience under my thin belt at least.
I'm looking for north-UK folks, or anyone with North UK friends to help
me out with moderation and organizing this project. I'm aiming to get the
first con ready for Spring 2017, around April/May.

But you could maybe add in things like soccer felines vs canines as an activity, then you'd need to figure out DJ's and lights and things like that for rent for the dances (and dance competition) then you'll need to find out where you can hire a load of tables so people can book a table number and use it to sell their art, then have to go snooping around FA looking for famous North UK furs that can be "guest of honors" not to mention the expenses of hiring out a convention center or hall.
