You can't even tell the admins?

I am not sure. Trying to get ahold of any admin here is more difficult than anything else I have seen

Send a note to any (and possibly all) admin or moderator you can find, tell them that you really need to discuss something with them.

In most sites, there should be a list of people who are staff. Not sure which site you're presently on, but there should be a staff page somewhere.

My name is not on that page anymore, I haven't been an admin here in the last two years. But anyone on that page should be able to help you out.

Will i dont know much about the problem but i would say that if other Poeple would really like to know they could always note you. beside that there isnt much i really think u can do.
I guess in alot ways just got hope for the best and hope other's see it for them self before anything else happen's.

I hope not... people are falling into a 'trap' constantly and without widespread knowledge, more people are going to get hurt.

sadly that sucks i really does, but some time got let ppl pick what they want to do. i really would say go to AB if it is that bad.
But beside that could say make Journal of AB with out names and say if ppl really want know who it is could have them note u. ive see alot ppl do that.

AB wont allow it because it is not directly involved with art, just heavily affecting what people should know about art indirectly.

Depending on what you have against that other person, maybe you could put that on artist beware (http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/) (assuming you're saying is you can't post anything here on FA).

It really depends on what it is. And, like someone suggested, there is artist beware.

I don't know, I've seen tons of people use the journals to blast people. But those were people who were art thieves or PayPal scammers or commissions cheats. If you have really good evidence you should be okay

it is... but it will cause a lot of havoc and the other person has a lot of 'power' that can come back at me.

Ugh... Well I don't know what the issue is, like I said the journals I saw were about people stealing art or money. So I guess it depends on the crime

Honestly legally the best you can do is warn your friends in privite I know that sucks but other wise if you start publicly shaming and calling them out it leads to all sorts of drama and a mud fling fest. Hobestly make a journal with out names or details and if folks want they can ask you in privite. Or if it's commission or art related go to AB

The good thing about the internet is that there is always a place you can go to to make a problem/issue known.
One goes to a 3rd party and publishes the information, artist beware would be the usual place concerning most things on places like FA and DA but you can always make a blog with the information and link here or make a google doc or chart containing information that you want to warn people for, none of these as far as the known AUP of FA goes breaks any rule.

Honestly, my best suggestion would be to do AlyxVixen said and contact all of the moderators about the issue. They'll sort it out and hopefully be able to do something about it. Another way is to "Blast" them with a journal, (Making sure that you have some way to contact the admins still), the present them the proof of the problem. if it won't work that way, I'm not sure what you could do other than report them to AB. after that, I'm out of ideas...

I do not know what this is but, I think you should try to resolve the issue yourself first before taking things to the admins. That is usually how I go about things. If I have an issue, I usually go to the direct problem before involving other parties. However, if you feel it will hurt you as well, do whatever you feel is best.

From the sounds of things this is not something as simple as a commission dispute. If it is something illegal like scamming or gathering personal info I would say going to the Admin is the best bet as they have a right to know what is going on in their site. You might want to try http://help.furaffinity.net/article.....ere-First.html and tell them that way and it might be easier than trying to note them at random. (You can get a list of admins up in the support menu up top though I would go through the link first)
