who's watching me - post 364

You know... sometimes I wonder just who you people are. Oh, I know that you are all unique individuals and all that... I mean... is there anyone of popular status out there looking at my art? Maybe Mr. Joshua_Jackson from Fringe likes to take a gander at my work. Maybe Robin Williams or Dexter Holland from The Offspring. Who knows! I'm pretty sure that none of these people would come out and admit who they are and that they like what I draw, but it's fun to think that these people are out there... maybe looking at my latest piece.

Chocolate Rain kid?
What I found that headachey morning interested me, though. Good stuff here.
Ah well. If I was someone famous, I probably wouldn't say it either. Of course, I'm not. I'm just a mildly insane retail drone in the middle of the most boring area of Florida. XD
...where's my hockey helmet?
*Ok, so I played Richard Nixon in my second grade class in a mock election. I actually voted for McGovern (and was only one of two votes he got) so imagine the irony later on.
*ponders*
...Well, I may me the only biker midget on FA, does that count for anything?
Then, there is the music community: websites like OHHLA, DubCNN, DJBooth and a few locals/up-and-comers from MySpace. One of my friends wanted to bring the fanart and music communities together by creating an online radio stream. The host, believe it or not, is a former FA/DA member, no1wammy, who now goes by the name Wammy Giveaway (he wants to become a rap artist).
My job here on FA is simple: discover artists, commission them, and recommend them for Wammy.
Does that count?
And no, Thank you.
Well, I like that! What am I? Chopped liver, as the saying goes? I'll have you know I'm something like the 850th. most popular artist on FA, according the authomatic ranking page at http://www.superwailingbonus.com/farank/
Seriously, don't you look at who's watching you? Follow them back to their pages to see who they are. Okay, nobodyon FA is likely to turn out to be Steven Spielberg or Alan Moore. But as far as artists in fandom go, there some pretty big names.
I look at your stuff -- admittedly I don't comment much. At some point I found I had said everything I had to say, more or less. I don't comment on your journals, true. From experience, most seemed to be about gaming, which I had repeatedly said I don't do.
As far as plain curiosity about who's watching you, I share it. I have been thinking about writing a short journal asking pretty much just that question about journals. I know who looks at my art, but I'm curious who reads journals and what sort of journal they want to read.
I feel famous X3
(Semi-seriously, I note that all the top 25 or so do pretty spoogy stuff, and some of it out beyond the frings of normal too, so I think we know what's really being rated here.)
Give me time, sir, give me time
(V was a red arrow pointing down)
and my rating was a 1604

Sorry, saving up for Bolt!
You can call me Matt, if you like. I'm like, totally cool with that.
