Constant Back Pain, I can hardly walk!
omg its been like 2 and a half weeks of constant lower back pain, left sciatic nerve area and now into my tailbone area and just wont stop. it hurts to walk, sit, stand and sneeze. I have NO relief from any medication I have, heat pad doesnt do much. I don't what to do. just now I'm feeling a dull ache going down my left leg and stopping at my knee. I know my posture is bad in this darn chair and my bed is long over due for a replacement its got a dip in the middle. gods Im in so much pain! and I can't afford a Chiropractor or whatever x-x.
Some seriously strong pain killers and anti inflamatories from the doctor helped, along with some exercises to help build the strength in my back muscles but even now (years later) it still gives me trouble.
I would get it checked as soon as possible because going unchecked can cause a lot more problems. The pain I had is actually from my spinal chord being compressed by the bulging disc.
I so know what you mean about being too young though, I have a stuffed back, a knee cap that dislocates randomly a dodgy hip and I am only 24.
I hope the cause of your pain is something that will clear up for you.
i have a local one thats only 20USD and in a walk in
there has to be something similar near by
if not then ugh >.>
dont put heat on a hurting back you put a cool pack less you do more damage
other than that, not much one can do
have you tried hanging upside down. or maybe know some body who can give you a good back rub
tho if its one of them back pains....a backrub wont cure >.>
If you have to, only in the morning one time when you wake up to help get yourself going for the day.
Otherwise, use ice on it.
Check out bromelain; its a natural anti-inflammatory. Found at health food stores and in pineapples.
