I do usually have weekly therapy session, but haven't gone in over two weeks. My husbands physical therapy has priority over my own appointments.

I am hoping to see my therapist tomorrow, really ,really, hoping.

I never get ill more than twice a year. Must be my shattered psyche. But as for the sun, I've never seen that to be a great mood enhancer (that said, I hate the sun, haven't been outside in 5 months due to cat and house guarding, have light sensitivity now and feel mild pain when exposed to direct rays. :| So... You know...). I'd recommend moonlight. :3 It's soothing, a light in darkness, one of the prettiest things I know to be found in modern society.

That or thunderstorms, they're soothing too. :3 Failing that, I could always fish for things only that break me into hysterical fits of laughter, might cheer you up knowing I lost my shit to Bruno Mars being shorter than Kylie ("Kylie taller than puny man! Kylie SMASH into floor like tent peg!" XD). Also, if you're a Harry Potter fan, just replace 'Wand' with 'Wang'. That'll have you in stitches for days. :D
