Take the first three letters in your first name and the last three letters in your last name. Going down your "Friends" list, find the first whose name matches each letter, in the order they appear. The person should be someone you know fairly well or have had conversations with. (In the case of FA, use your "Is Watching" list.)

If there is no one with a name starting with the same letter, or you've already used it, use the next person in the list, wrapping around to the top if you reach the end.
